On my first visit the lady who dealt with us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On subsequent visits (and I had a few whilst making up my mind about fittings!) staff were always ready to answer questions and give guidance but never pushed for a sale, nor for more expensive items. Garry himself deserves to do well. He was extremely patient, understanding and helpful and oversaw the whole project.

The quality of the various items I bought is high. Prices were excellent with real value for money. Also the company was willing to provide exactly what I wanted e.g. I liked a particular basin but I wanted drawers rather than cupboard so that was sourced.

The fitting service is also outstanding. Very pleasant clean workers who realised they are in your home and treat it with respect. A professional approach ensured any snags were quickly overcome. The attention to detail was tremendous. The standard of finish is superb and commented on by friends visiting.”
