Steven provides a no obligation survey and produces computer aided design drawings to bring to life your choices.
Our new bathroom was fitted by Colin and his team of professionals including Michael and Ryan and two others whom we did not meet as we moved out for 4 days to facilitate their work. You could not meet a nicer and more trustworthy team who respect your property and keep things neat and tidy for your return. Their installation work is meticulous and the finished result is outstanding. What a bonus to find such talented and skilled tradesmen.

Had my bathroom fitted last week and am delighted with it. After being let down by other companies I can’t recommend Bathroom Supercentre highly enough. It was surveyed and quoted in the same day. Alison was very patient and helpful with guidance when choosing tiles, vanity etc. Mark and his team came when they said they would, excellent standard of work and attention to detail and very clean and tidy workers. Nothing seemed to be any trouble to them, even an awkward ceiling/roof space, Mark came up with a solution I am really happy with. All finished in five days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and have already recommended them to others.

Sincere thanks to all at Bathroom Supercentre – we’re absolutely delighted with our fab new bathroom which was installed in October. From our initial visit to the showroom (very impressive) to installation, we received a friendly and professional service and everything ran so smoothly. And they have an unrivalled follow-up service which is to be commended. Worthy of mention are Steven and Alison who are extremely knowledgeable and constantly reassured us throughout the process.

We were also very impressed with Mark & Gary (installation) and Brian (plumber). We decided to leave for 2 days to allow them to work without interruption and Mark kept in contact to let us know how things were progressing and to double-check on our requirements. They all did an outstanding job of the installation which can’t be faulted.

Finally, cost should be mentioned – I doubt anyone in the Stirlingshire area could match or beat your quote.

Everything! Steve came and took the sizes and the idea’s we had and came back with a CAD drawing with exactly what we were looking for.

Last year Bathroom Supercentre refitted our bathroom. Everything about the process from beginning to end was excellent. The finished room was to a very high standard and because we were so pleased we asked them to refit our cloakroom. Again the process from the visit to the showroom, the computer generated images by Steve and Alison’s assistance while choosing tiles etc was a comfortable experience. The work was carried out by Colin and his team, they were punctual, hard working, friendly and produced a professional finish, with which we are extremely happy. I would recommend the company to anyone seeking to have a refit to their bathroom or cloakroom.

Just had our family bathroom and our en-suite completely made over. From planning and changing layouts etc, to picking the materials (bath, showers, wall tiles and floor tiles, lighting, mirrors and storage cabinets etc). It was really a one stop shop. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from the bathroom supercentre. The showroom is by far the most impressive in the area. All staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable and didn’t just encourage us to pick dearer options. They all individually helped us make our ensuite look how we wanted at an affordable price (very competitive in comparison with other quotes) and we got many added extras. The CAD drawings were also very effective and made us clarify what we wanted.
We booked everything pre covid lockdown and Alison and Steven were both great at keeping us up to date and were very understanding when we wanted things pushed back slightly.
The fitting team have done a fabulous job. They were all very professional and friendly and to be honest apart from the lovely new ensuite you wouldn’t know they had been here as they have literally left no mess.

Very helpful, Steven explained (patiently I might add) the answers to some what I suspect are basic questions, and provided excellent service when we needed to return some unused pilasters for a partial refund. We would use and recommend this local store. Delivery was as on schedule as promised too.

Very professional from start to finish. The moment Steven came out to survey the bathroom he advised what size of shower cubicle we could fit in. We then went back to the showroom and met someone else who again we very helpful. The trades that carried out the work were also very professional. They said it would take a week Monday they were there at 7.45 for an 8am start impressed on the Friday they worked until the job was finished 6.30pm each night the place was left clean and tidy.

We would defiantly recommend Bathroom and Kitchen Supercentre.

Had total bathroom refit and was delighted by the work done by Colin, Mick and Mark. Their job was hampered by the fact I had central heating fitted the same week but they just carried on regardless. They done a great job with one small problem which they fixed the next week within 15 mins of my phone call. Can’t get better service than that

I had my old bathroom replaced with a shower room at the end of March and would have written my review earlier but was waiting on a replacement for a faulty cabinet (a faulty batch I think). The final result is absolutely lovely with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. I can reassure folks that the after care service of this company is excellent. There was minimum disruption and the first day was the only day the water was off for any length of time.

The guys were very pleasant and listened to any questions we had.

We wanted to get rid of our bath and get a shower fitted and looked around a few places for ideas. When we came to the showroom it was great however the most impressive part was Gary (I think he might be owner) who really knew his stuff and was so helpful. The advice I received when I visited the showroom was excellent.

The installers work was very professional from start to finish & a excellent job has been done.

I had a lot of work done some involving complete refurbishment and some partial and I very pleased with everything. The quality of the products was excellent as were the fitters who I have to give a special mention. The workmen were clearly craftsmen who took pride in their work each of them doing a perfect job. Colin who project managed as well as doing a superb job with the tiling was very clear that I should be completely happy with not just the work but also the products and was very helpful with his advice. This resulted in some changes which Alison was happy to sanction and took the time to talk to me and recheck things . I am enjoying my lovely new rooms and thoroughly recommend the service.

Just to say thank you for the wonderful transformation of our bathroom. From the moment we started to look at all the variious displays in the store it was great service but at no time did we feel under pressure – we looked at all the displays without feeling the pressure of sales people on our backs! The survey of the bathroom took very little time and the quote was just as quick. When we returned to make our final choice again there was help when we wanted it and plenty of time given to allow us to make our minds up over all the details that you can personalise with your own needs, such as tiling, mirror etc. We were also delighted that we got our bathroom fitted so quickly and professionally – progress could be seen each day and work was done very efficiently by the tradesmen. Steve and his team did a marvellous job to rework the bathroom in a very old farmhouse. The issues this type of property throws up would make a good video in that they had to go back to basics and strip everything back to a blank canvas.

Everything was done to a minimise any inconvenience even having toilet facilities throughout the work.

The end result is fantastic and all aspects undertaken by a great team.

First visit to showroom was very favourable and was impressed with the amount of bays which represented most shapes of bathrooms, with lots of different examples of wall tiling, flooring and ceilings as well as bathroom suites and accessories. “I am really pleased that we came across this company. The showroom is worth visitng as it boasts an extensive display. On my first visit the lady who dealt with us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On subsequent visits (and I had a few whilst making up my mind about fittings!) staff were always ready to answer questions and give guidance but never pushed for a sale, nor for more expensive items. Garry himself deserves to do well. He was extremely patient, understanding and helpful and oversaw the whole project.

The quality of the various items I bought is high. Prices were excellent with real value for money. Also the company was willing to provide exactly what I wanted e.g. I liked a particular basin but I wanted drawers rather than cupboard so that was sourced.
